On Display
Pieces on display.
All different but some similarity.
Each with a frame, a common theme.
Old sculptures and new sculpture complement each other.
Out of my studio for others to see.
Willing to share a part of me.
Is it how I will be heard.
Do my works speak for me.
Can those who do not know me understand me.
The answers matter.
How do other people see my work.
How do the kids see my art.
Will it be labeled as I once was.
Or viewed as creative and unique.
They are a part of me.
Age has not changed who I am.
Perhaps given me a stage to display and be seen.
